Actos de dios / Acts of God speculates about possible differing details and diverging moments in the life of Christ to generate a non-linear narrative that raises a series of questions: What would happen if the man who was chosen to redeem humanity had set out to fulfil all the predictions made by the prophets about his life without being certain that he could accomplish them? What if the cause and effect relationship were to be deferred? How would these episodes be reorganised? This work makes it possible to imagine new teachings that could be derived from these parables if they failed to reveal that which, according to the Bible, had been hidden since the creation of the world, and if the actors were permitted to exchange bewildered glances, allowing their subjectivity to enter the different scenarios.
