Stepping into bare-boned reflection, this solo performance makes time and space to retreat back to the initial spark of inspiration, embodying the essence of distillation in art, a process where complexity is shed to reveal the purest form of expression. The dialogue for one is akin to the question and response form prevalent in the Arabic Maqam idiom. Yet, beyond cultural boundary, it rekindles with the essence of improvisation itself, delving into new realms of melody, microtonality, and rhythm, a journey into the heart of musical possibility.
