A cautionary environment / Entorno aleccionador. The exhibition brings together installations, paintings, and interdisciplinary works on allegorical themes of the times in which we live. The invited artists, Alejandro Campins, Ariamna Contino, Alex Hernández and Eugenio Tibaldi, discuss the relationship between man and the environment. Campins approaches this through the figure of territory, where bunkers symbolise latent threats. Contino reflects on the resources the environment has provided humanity with in its development, and proposes to return what has been extracted in a work of art. Hernández is determined to exploit space as much as possible, and discovers in his attempt that human intelligence has a powerful rival in the natural world. Lastly, Tibaldi focuses on symbolic places that have driven social ideals forward.
