I am a student, can I get university credit?
Before purchasing your ticket, ask your University about their policies in the matter, and eventually how to proceed.
Can I buy the concession-price ticket online?
Tickets must be purchased online, even concession-price tickets. Remember though to bring a document justifying the concession on the day of your visit, otherwise you may be denied admission.
To purchase the €16 concession-price ticket, do you have to be a student and under 26?
The €16 may be purchased by all students independently of their age and by anyone aged 26 and under. Remember however to bring a document that justifies the concession on the day of your visit, otherwise you may be denied admission.
Can you purchase the student concession-price admission ticket using the bonus 18 app?
It will be possible to download your voucher using the 18 app. The purchase code can be generated within the app in the “Cultural Events” section.
Each student may purchase the ticket for his own admission only with the voucher generated by the app. The ticket will therefore be strictly personal and associated to the name of one individual student.
Does the ticket also include admission to the collateral events and the pavilions located around the city?
Most of the Collateral Events have free admission, except for some that might require an admission ticket sold at the venue; for info: https://www.labiennale.org/it/arte/2022/eventi-collaterali
For the combined Art + Dance / Music / Theatre ticket, do you have to visit the Exhibition on the same day as the performance?

People with a certified invalidity can purchase available tickets at the current prices. Adults accompanying people with a certified invalidity are entitled to free admission and can collect their free tickets at the Infopoints located in the exhibition venues, exhibiting the certification that entitles them.
How do you obtain free tickets for children ages 0-6?
The free ticket for children can be downloaded in digital format from the online ticket office in combination with the purchase of a Full price, Resident or Over 65 ticket, by selecting ‘omaggio bambino’. For each free children’s ticket, 1 adult ticket of the type indicated must be purchased for the event. If the accompanying adult is entitled to a different type of concession, they may still request the children’s ticket.
Can I visit the two venues of the Exhibition on different days?
Yes, all the tickets (except for the accreditations) guarantee admission to both venues of the Exhibition, one time for each venue, on the same day or on different days. The days you visit each venue do not necessarily need to be consecutive. The ticket does not allow you to enter and leave the venue more than once.
For the admission policies for accreditations, please read the description of accreditations carefully before purchasing.
Do I have to choose a date for my visit?
You do not need to reserve a date for admission, just purchase the ticket and come to the gates of the Exhibition
Is the ticket strictly personal and non-transferable?
It’s not necessary to add the name of the person who will use the ticket, just purchase the ticket and come to Exhibition gates.
I am unable to purchase the ticket online, the screen goes blank when I confirm the purchase. Why?
This is generally a problem with the browser, just change browser and that will solve the problem.
I received an email confirming the purchase. How can I print the tickets?
The tickets purchased online may be found at the following link: www.vivaticket.it/ita/help/visualizza_ricevuta. Type in the transaction code in your possession and you will get your ticket in the pdf format. Avoid printing the ticket and the exhibition brochure, use the digital versions.
What is the difference between the exhibition venue at the Giardini and the one in the Arsenale? Where does the visit start?
The two venues are independent but complementary, because they are part of the same exhibition. The admission ticket is a combined ticket that gives access to both venues.
